Organization Transformation: You’ll help clients accelerate their pace of organizational transformation by focusing on restructuring their organizations and preparing their workforces to be agents of change, as well as attract the right talent and leaders, assessing and developing them, motivating people to deliver their best, and retaining them, all of which are fundamental to our impact on clients’ success.
Work you will do
• Assist on analyzing benchmark and internal HR data to surface target, high impact transformation opportunities
• Review client’s organizational and business strategy and propose recommendations to shape their people agenda
• Support engagement with key client stakeholders to facilitate key business decisions on the domains of organizational strategy, operating model, organization design, and more
• Assist on conducting research and analysis on world leading companies and their organization practices
• Assist on conducting financial analysis via annual report, industry research paper and internal data and provide insights
• Assist collecting, assimilating and analyzing relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions
• Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly
• Apply technology fundamentals to analyze client situations
• Assist the team to produce a high quality work product to ensure an excellent client experience
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in team
• Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients

• Strong passion to grow and the ability to learn quickly
• Excellent analytical, oral and written skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative Ability to effectively and confidently communicate and build rapport across cultures
